Pet Policy

West Park Apartments is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! Our community offers 2 bark parks and multiple doggy stations. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the 1st pet and an additional $200 for the 2nd pet and an additional $200 for the 3rd pet. There is a $30 monthly pet rent/per pet and a maximum of 3 pets per home. Weight Limit of 50 pounds for 2nd and 3rd floors. Breed restrictions apply. View our Pet Policy.
